Our vision is to be the best soccer development project and a competitive football club that is nondiscriminatory and striving for exemplary young Namibian citizens -with the main purpose being the production of professional footballers for the benefit of the football industry in Namibia and the international region.

 

Our mission is to make a significant contribution to all people of Namibia; women, men, youth, and the differently-abled - by giving everyone an opportunity for personal sustainable development - given the correct life-skills or values, and also an environment where he/she is free to live healthy and responsible.

 

The chairman hereby states on record that he appreciates you and value the contribution you are making to your own wellbeing and those around you. You are ambassadors of Karibib FC and the football family at large.

 

Karibib FC has and will always commit to gather the little resources to support your desire to become professional football players. Remember – commitment and discipline are the recipe to achieve your dreams and always remember to respect and appreciate where you are coming from.
